Two clocks

Every payment system runs an experience clock (what the payer watches: tap, spinner, ✓) and a money clock (what banks obey: clearing, netting, settlement finality, dispute windows). No mainstream rail synchronizes them; the craft is in hiding the gap. Whoever bridges the gap is extending credit and eating risk, named or not. The frame this whole site keeps returning to — see cut-0200 and both Plates.
